TIME TO BREATHE

 

Well Read is joining forces with The Mindfulness Center for a virtual event focused on rest as a revolutionary form of self-care and resistance.

Dr. Deborah Norris of The Mindfulness Center will lead us through a 20 minute Mindfulness Meditation. Following our meditation, Sasha Whitney will moderate a collective discussion of the New York Times article Rest as Reparations by Sandra E. Garcia.

All tickets and donations go to The Mindfulness Center's Diversity Scholarship Fund.
